Phoenix Fire Apparatus is committed to keeping your emergency apparatus in top operational readiness. We meet that commitment through our service department, offering support from both our centrally located headquarters in Sumter, SC and through our mobile service.

Our technicians provide years of experience as Emergency Vehicle Technicians (EVT's) and are skilled at both maintaining and repairing emergency apparatus of every type. Our technicians are highly skilled, trained and certified in their respective areas to insure that your apparatus is being properly maintained and serviced.

We understand that time is of the essence and that your rig being down is an inconvenience, therefore keeping your vehicle "in-service" is our priority. To support that mission we offer a bumper-to-bumper preventative maintenance service, with a customized multiple point inspection schedule, based on your apparatus style.

We offer individual or fleet maintenance of your emergency apparatus, to include the chassis and any optional individual or carried equipment.

Phoenix Fire Apparatus was formed in 2013. Even though the Phoenix Company is young, the experience of the staff is not. We have been involved with designing, developing and delivering fire apparatus for more than 25 years in the South Carolina marketplace.
